During Module 5 – Part II of the MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, we explored key digital entrepreneurship concepts, tools, and strategies that deeply impacted my understanding of how to structure, manage, and scale a modern digital venture. This part of the course covered a wide range of topics including digital technologies, agile project management, digital business models, legal aspects of digital businesses, and how to apply them in real-world scenarios.
Key Learnings from Module 5 – Part II
🔹 Understanding of emerging digital technologies
such as AI, Big Data, Blockchain, Digital Twins, and Metaverse, and their
applications across industries.
🔹 Mastery of digital business models like Freemium,
Subscription-based, On-Demand, and Two-sided marketplaces.
🔹 Development of MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
strategies and Lean Startup principles for rapid prototyping and testing.
🔹 Skills in digital project management using Agile,
Scrum, Kanban, and tools like Trello and Miro.
🔹 Awareness of legal and ethical issues in digital
business including GDPR, intellectual property, and company structures.
How I Plan to Apply This Knowledge in My Project
As the founder of the 'Cool Spaces' engineering office, I am
already integrating these concepts into my project. For example:
- I will apply digital project management tools (like Trello & Kanban) to
organize architectural design tasks.
- I plan to develop a website that follows the principles of usability and
accessibility introduced in the module.
- I am exploring the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) integrated with
AI for generative design and predictive planning.
- I aim to adopt a freemium or service-based model to offer clients
architectural visualization and consultation online before committing to
full-scale services.
- I’m also taking legal aspects seriously, ensuring client data is protected
and contracts are transparent and legally compliant.
This module has helped me shift from traditional engineering practice toward a
tech-enabled, scalable, and globally connected business mindset.
